Twitter users in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa have reported this problem by flooding the tweet timeline with their complaints.
Currently, services such as BlackBerry Messenger (BBM), e-mail, and other Internet service is temporarily unable to be used by the majority of users on three continents.
In England, the operator T-Mobile said their customers find it difficult to send and receive messages via BBM. "We are still investigating this issue with RIM and hope these problems can be resolved soon," said representatives from T-Mobile.
BlackBerry service in the UAE have also confirmed this problem through a message on their Twitter account, "We received updates from RIM Confirming BB services in Europe, ME & Africa are affected starting 09:19 GMT today & degradation is ongoing."
Several other carriers also have confirmed this problem. They seem to "simultaneusly" blaming RIM for the problem this time. There has been no official statement from RIM about BlackBerry service interruption causes in three continents.
